Madeline Garza
Employment LawyerMadeline Garza is a strong and dedicated advocate for employee rights. With a strong academic foundation, she is well equipped to passionately represent her clients. Her ability to communicate and empathize with her clients is shown by her caring nature. Ms. Garza will always give her best efforts to a case to provide a client with the best outcome available.
Ms. Garza completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Houston, earning a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and minoring in Morals, Politics, and Law. After Hurricane Harvey made landfall in 2017, Madeline spent her freshman year helping neighbors rebuild their lives. This pushed her to focus on a community oriented career.
Ms. Garza went on to pursue her Juris Doctorate at South Texas College of Law Houston (STCL). At STCL, She continued to help her community and worked as a Student Attorney with the Randall O. Sorrels Legal Clinic to offer free legal services to underserved populations. During her time in law school, Ms. Garza also participated in many student organizations. Notably, she was one of the founding directors for the Lawtina Network chapter at STCL, focusing on empowering first-generation Latinas in the legal field. Ms. Garza also had the opportunity to work as a Langdell Scholar to provide guidance in mastering the framework of legal analysis regarding Constitutional law.
